Protect video previews with automatic watermarks

Users want video previews to display a visible watermark automatically, so that unauthorized sharing or screenshots of unreleased or confidential content can be prevented more effectively. Problem / Pain: Video previews in the system are currently displayed without a watermark. Since browsers generally allow users to download media files directly, and screenshots can always be taken regardless of download restrictions, there is no reliable visual protection on video content. This creates a risk that confidential or unreleased video content — such as product launch videos — could be shared or published without authorization. Impact / Benefit: Automatic watermarks on video previews would make it significantly harder to misuse or leak confidential content. Organizations handling sensitive or embargoed video material would have a visible layer of protection, reducing the risk of unintended publication and increasing confidence when managing restricted assets in the system. Example use case: A company stores product launch videos in the system ahead of an official release date. With watermarked previews, even if a user takes a screenshot or shares a preview link, the content is visibly marked and cannot easily be passed off as an official release.
