Add translations directly when creating fields or records

Admins want to enter translations for new fields at the point of creation, instead of having to add them separately in a dedicated translation tool afterwards. Problem / Pain: When creating new fields, there is currently no option to provide translations at the same time. Translations can only be added after the fact, using a separate translation tool. This creates additional steps and interrupts the natural creation workflow, especially when multiple languages need to be maintained from the start. Impact / Benefit: Being able to add translations inline during the creation of fields would reduce the number of steps required, keep related work together in one place, and lower the risk of translations being forgotten or added inconsistently at a later point. It would make multilingual system setup faster and more reliable. Example use case: An admin creates a new field for a module and wants to immediately provide the label in all relevant languages. Instead of saving the field first and then navigating to the translation tool to add each language separately, they can enter all translations directly in the creation dialog.
