Send system-wide notifications to all users directly from the admin panel
Admins want to send a notification email to all system users from within the application, so they can communicate important updates — such as planned maintenance — without relying on external email tools. Problem / Pain: When admins need to inform all users about upcoming events — such as planned downtime, maintenance windows, or important system updates — there is currently no built-in way to do so from within the system. Admins have to send these notifications manually through their own email client, which is time-consuming, prone to error, and risks some users being missed entirely. Impact / Benefit: A system-wide notification feature in the admin panel would allow admins to reach all users quickly and reliably in a single step, directly from within the application. This would save time, reduce the risk of users being overlooked, and ensure that important communications are sent consistently — without depending on external tools. Example use case: An admin is planning a system update that will require a few hours of downtime. Instead of manually composing and sending individual emails through an external email client, they open the admin panel, enter a subject and message, and send the notification to all users at once.
