Show actions with a warning when they cannot apply to all selected objects

Users want actions to remain visible and usable even when they only apply to part of a selection, with a clear indication of which objects will not be affected instead of the action disappearing entirely. Problem / Pain: When a selection includes objects that do not meet the conditions required by an action, the action is currently hidden entirely, even if it would apply correctly to some of the selected objects. Users have no knowledge that the action exists but is not available for their current selection and no chance to apply it to the objects that do qualify without deselecting and reselecting manually. Impact / Benefit: Keeping actions visible with a clear contextual warning would give users much better insight into what is possible with their current selection. They could apply an action to qualifying objects while being informed about which ones are excluded. Reducing confusion, avoiding unnecessary manual steps, and making bulk workflows more transparent and reliable. Example use case: A DAM manager selects a mix of assets and wants to apply a specific action. Some assets meet the required conditions, others do not. Currently the action disappears from the menu entirely. With a warning indicator, the manager would see the action is available but limited and could choose to proceed for the qualifying assets or adjust their selection accordingly.
