Optional expiry date for user accounts

Administrators want to set an optional expiry date for user accounts so that time-limited access can be deactivated automatically. Ideally, administrators and affected users would be notified beforehand. Problem / Pain User management currently has no way to set an expiry date on a user account. Deactivation has to be done manually, which means accounts can remain active unless someone remembers to disable them. Impact / Benefit Temporary users, such as external contributors, contractors, or vendors, can retain access longer than intended if their account is not manually deactivated in time. An expiry date would allow accounts to be deactivated automatically once they are no longer needed, reducing reliance on manual follow-up. Example use case An administrator creates an account for an external contributor who only needs access for the duration of a project. By setting an expiry date when creating or managing the account, access can end automatically once the agreed period is over.
