Collections: New option to add collection-specific notes

Users want to add and manage notes directly on collections — separately from global asset notes — so that collection-level context stays organized and visible without mixing with asset-level information. Problem / Pain: Stars and color labels can already be configured to work independently per collection. Notes, however, remain global and are shared across all contexts. This means there is no way to attach a note specifically to a collection without it mixing with notes on individual assets. For users who manage multiple collections in parallel — each with their own context, status, or instructions — this creates confusion and reduces the usefulness of notes as an organizational tool. Impact / Benefit: Collection-specific notes would allow users to keep collection-level information clearly separated from asset-level notes. Displaying these notes directly on the collection tile would make relevant context immediately visible at a glance, improving transparency and making it easier to manage and communicate the purpose or status of a collection without opening it first. Example use case: A DAM manager maintains several collections for different campaigns. They want to add a short status note to each collection — for example, indicating it is ready for review or waiting for assets — visible directly on the collection tile, without this note appearing on or mixing with individual asset notes.
