Sync user profile pictures automatically from the identity provider

Admins want profile pictures maintained in the identity provider to be applied automatically to user accounts in the system, so they do not have to upload and maintain them manually in a separate place. Problem / Pain: User profile pictures can be maintained in the identity provider, but they are not automatically transferred to user accounts in the system. Admins who want profile pictures to appear in the system have to upload and maintain them manually for every user. In practice this means the feature is often skipped entirely, leaving user accounts without profile pictures. Impact / Benefit: Automatically syncing profile pictures from the identity provider would eliminate a redundant manual task for admins, ensure that user accounts always reflect up-to-date profile images without extra effort, and make user management more consistent and complete across connected systems. Example use case: An admin has already maintained profile pictures for all employees in the company identity provider. Instead of uploading each picture manually to the system as well, the images are synced automatically when user accounts are created or updated, keeping both systems consistent without any additional effort.
