Add confirmation prompt before running "Refresh Previews"

Users want a confirmation step before refreshing previews, especially for entire folder contents, to help prevent unintended bulk actions. Ideally, the confirmation would indicate how many files will be affected so authorized users can better assess the scope before proceeding. Problem / Pain Clicking “Refresh previews” — and especially “Refresh previews for folder content” — starts the action immediately, without an additional confirmation step. For folders containing many assets, an accidental click can therefore trigger preview regeneration for a large number of files. Impact / Benefit A confirmation step would give authorized users an additional opportunity to verify the action before it starts. Showing the number of affected files would make the scope more transparent and help to avoid unintended bulk refreshes. Example use case When managing folder structures with large asset counts, an authorized user accidentally selects “Refresh previews for folder content” from the folder context menu.
