Display share users with a clear and recognizable role label in the admin area
Admins want share user accounts to be clearly identified with a distinct role label in the user module, so they can distinguish them from regular users and avoid mistaking a valid share user for a broken account. Problem / Pain: Users with the share role currently appear in the user module with the label "not available" where their role should be shown. This is indistinguishable from a genuine data error, leading admins to believe these accounts are broken and attempt to correct or delete them. There is also no way to filter users by the share role in the admin area, making it difficult to identify and manage this group of users efficiently. Impact / Benefit: Displaying share users with a clear and recognizable role label would allow admins to immediately identify them as a distinct and valid user type. Unnecessary corrections or deletions of valid accounts would be avoided, and admins could filter and manage share users efficiently from within the standard user module. Example use case: An admin reviews the user list and notices several accounts showing "not available" as their role. Unsure whether these are broken accounts or valid share users, they spend time investigating each one. With a clear share user label, the admin can immediately identify these accounts as valid and filter them as a group when needed.
