Global search upgrade: AI-powered, cross-module search results

Users want a single search that covers all areas of the system at once and presents results in a clear, structured overview so that relevant content is always easy to find, regardless of where it lives. Problem / Pain: The current global search only covers predefined areas of the system and offers a basic suggestion dropdown. Users regularly find that results are incomplete, hard to navigate, or simply missing content they know exists elsewhere in the system. Switching between modules to search separately adds unnecessary steps and makes it harder to get a complete picture quickly. Impact / Benefit: A unified search experience would allow users to find anything in the system in one place with results clearly structured by area, AI-assisted relevance ranking, and the option to focus on a specific module when needed. This would reduce search time, increase confidence in results, and make the system significantly easier to navigate for all user types. Example use case: A marketing user is looking for everything related to a product launch: assets, product data, and collections. Instead of searching separately in each module, they type the product name once and see all relevant results grouped by area on a single results page. They can jump directly to any result or narrow their search to a specific module with one click. Idea source: User feedback Voting note: Vote for this idea if this need is relevant to you as well.
