GraFx integration: Create marketing materials and release them through an approval workflow

Users want to create marketing documents from GraFx templates directly within the system and release them through a structured approval process, so that only approved content can be downloaded and used. Problem / Pain: Teams that create marketing materials from templates currently have no reliable way to ensure that content is reviewed and approved before it is downloaded or used. Without a controlled release process, unapproved or incorrect materials can be distributed unintentionally, creating compliance risks and brand inconsistencies. Impact / Benefit: A native GraFx integration with a built-in approval workflow would allow organizations to control exactly when and by whom created marketing materials can be downloaded and used. The entire process from template-based creation to approval decision and final download would take place within a single system, making it transparent, traceable, and reliable. Example use case: A marketing user creates a document from a GraFx template and submits it for approval. The approver reviews it, leaves comments, and approves or rejects it. Only after approval is the document available for download. If rejected, the creator receives feedback, revises, and resubmits.
