Mark individual annotations as resolved during a review
Users want to mark each annotation as done once the feedback has been addressed, so they can track which comments have been acted on and which are still open without losing overview during a review round. Problem / Pain: When multiple annotations and comments accumulate during a review, there is currently no way to mark individual items as resolved once they have been addressed. Users have no way to distinguish between open and completed feedback, which makes it difficult to track progress and ensure that all comments have been acted on, particularly in longer review rounds with many contributors and multiple feedback items. Impact / Benefit: Being able to mark individual annotations as resolved would give both reviewers and content creators a clear and shared view of review progress. Open items would remain visible and actionable, while resolved ones would be clearly marked, reducing the risk of feedback being missed or addressed twice and making collaborative review workflows more structured and reliable. Example use case: A content creator works through a set of annotations left by three reviewers. As they address each comment, they mark it as resolved. Reviewers can see which of their annotations have been acted on and which are still pending, giving everyone involved a clear picture of where the review stands without any manual tracking outside the system.
