Show approval details per file on completed approval tasks

In completed approval tasks, approvers and requesters want to see the approval result for each individual file. This would make past decisions easier to review, especially for requests containing multiple files. Problem / Pain Once an approval task is completed, its detail page ("Inquiry information") only shows the overall outcome. When a request contains multiple files, the approval decision for each individual file is no longer visible. Impact / Benefit Showing the individual approval details would allow approvers and requesters to see which files were approved or rejected and which download profiles were approved for each file. This would make completed approval decisions easier to review and trace, especially for larger multi-file requests. Example use case A requester follows up on a completed multi-file approval request and wants to understand which files can now be used with which download profiles. The completed task should provide the per-file approval details needed to review that decision.
