Users want InDesign documents to be processed automatically after upload, with linked files connected, fonts recognized, and a rendered preview generated all kept up to date when any related file changes. Problem / Pain: InDesign documents consist of a main document file plus linked assets such as images and fonts. When these are uploaded to the system, the connections between them are not automatically recognized or established. Users have no way to see which assets a document depends on, cannot view a properly rendered preview of the document, and have no automatic way to reflect changes to linked files in the document view.
